EventBrite Teacher Training
I am inviting a maximum of ten teachers to join me as we go through Component 3 - Section A of the Edexcel Drama GCSE written paper. It is a tricky paper and there are specific things a student must do to get into top band. I will use DNA and The Inspector Calls as examples but this will help whatever text you are studying. I taught this syllabus for eight years and honed it well by reading, researching and asking the board when I was stuck.
If you are stuck or new to the exam board or just need a refresher this session will iron out and clarify any questions or queries you have. I can also provide some writing frames I use with students who have found them very helpful.
Please let me know if you have any specifics you’d like to look at but ultimately I want to cover the performer (4&6 markers); director/designer (9 marker); director (12 marker) and designer (14 marker).
